Model YLC105-1860 truck mounted fracturing unit mounts the pumping equipment on the self-propelled chassis. The unit consists of chassis and on-deck section. The chassis is used for vehicle movement and provided power for the startup of deck engine. The deck part consists of the engine, transmission, plunger pump, suction manifold, discharge manifold, fuel system, power end lubrication system, fluid end lubrication system, radiating system, electric system, hydraulic system, instrument and control system, remote control box and heating system. All of these systems are working together to fulfill the pumping operation.
