DESCRIPTION

HSC16 100BPM blender is composed of chassis and control system. Control system mainly working partly including, power system, fuel system, scattered heating system, electrical system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, mixed and manifold systems, hydraulic system, sand transport system, instrument table and control system and etc. Through various systems should work together to achieve proppant mix according to the requirement of the fracturing process. Effectively supply fracturing pump truck with different requirements of fracturing fluid, suitable for large and medium scale construction of fracture job.

Network Operation and Control units: The system can achieve remote control of the truck mounted fracturing units such as regulating the speed, shift the gears and achieve emergency shutdown of each unit under emergency. Network Monitoring System of Blender: Achieve the remote monitoring of blender and the monitoring system can display the working parameters and charts of the sand blender. Related functions of the sand blender data acquisition software is integrated in the data acquisition computer.
