Concentric Coil Tubing (CCT)

This system is deployed using standard coiled tubing equipment with minor modifications to facilitate the Dual Coiled tubing this allows pumping operations while running in and pulling out of hole. The operation also requires the use of a pressure truck and flow back tank or pressure vessel.

Jetting Mode

In specific applications, the jets on the JetPak tool can be turned on or off depending upon the scope of the job. Specialized jetting tools combined with a fit for purpose chemical program will optimize reservoir inflow performance. Acid can also be introduced during jetting.

Well Cleanout System

This system is specifically designed to clean frac sand, formation solids, paraffin’s, waxes and/or drilling material from under or sub-pressured well bores. No fluids are lost into formation during the operations. Bottom hole pressure and temperature data is also collected.

Pumping Mode (for horizontal production evaluation)

This process is typically done after a cleanout operation has been completed. With the pump at the specified depth or interval of the well, vacuuming can take place. Isolation packers can be included in the BHA to ensure accurate data is collected for bottom hole pressure and temperature.

Reduce the Number of Interventions

A greater amount of reservoir fluids and solids are removed from the liner and near well bore area. This results in a greater volume of sand cleaned out which minimizes future interventions, ensuring maximum long term productivity.

In the process no compressible gasses are pumped; this ensures a safe working environment. The velocities and sand concentrations of the returns do not wash out surface manifolds or standing iron.
